Restoration Foot & Ankle's primary location is in Owasso, Oklahoma, one of Oklahoma’s fastest growing and enjoyable communities. The office is located within the Medical Office Building on the beautiful St. John Owasso Hospital campus.
Restoration Foot & Ankle also began seeing patients in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in February 2010, and is located within the St. John Broken Arrow Medical Office Building.
Our staff strives to make each patient feel comfortable during their visit while working to restore function and painlessness to their feet and ankles.
We accept most major insurances including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community Care, First Health, Humana, Medicare, PacifiCare, Preferred Community Choice, Secure Horizons, United Health Care and many more.
